    SINCE 2019

    WE WANT YOU TO BLOOM.

We support the amazing things that LGBTQ+ people can achieve when they are empowered to succeed without the fear of discrimination. It's our vision that by working together, we’ll create environments where LGBTQ+ young adults can succeed in all aspects of their social and professional lives.

We're a proudly trans and bi inclusive organisation and have active commitments to accessibility, anti-racism, and equality in all of it's forms.

TALENT GOES WHERE IT CAN BLOSSOM.

    BUSINESS SERVICES

Fact: Research by Transactual found that 73% of BPOC trans people had experienced transphobia when seeking work. We're actively working with businesses across the UK to educate their workforce and create inclusive cultures!

    Organisations Around the World

In the last year we’ve worked with countless organisations, big and small, who have commissioned our team to deliver training, guidance, and even employee advocacy. Each year businesses, charities, and groups have contributed significantly to our mission through working with us. Every single penny of this has been reinvested into our work supporting the LGBTQ+ community.
