Blossom Springboard
At Blossom LGBT we are committed to making fantastic ideas happen. We regularly get people from the LGBTQ+ community approach us for advice & guidance around running their own groups. We'd love to help them but we just don't have capacity! The Blossom springboard concept is designed to help queer people from the local community to run projects that really make a change. We'll spend up to a year with promising queer change makers to help them establish & build their own groups using our branding, then they can either stay part of our family or go forth and bloom!
We're hoping to raise funds to build up our capacity to deliver the support required to these community projects.
