Core costs are the day-to-day things we need at Blossom LGBT function. When we put in a bid for a grant (for example asking for money to deliver workshops for a year) most of the grants makers won't directly cover costs that don't directly apply to a project or group. This leaves some of the most vital operational roles & systems reliant on the support of the local community & our paid services.

The Costs we need to cover.
Running Blossom LGBT CIC isn't cheap but we do everything we can to keep our costs to a minimum. We need to raise:
- CEO Salary (£30,000)
- Tech (£4000)
- Accounting (£300)
- Insurance (£200)
- Virtual Office (£1068)
