At Blossom LGBT CIC we are committed to being the best! Following the successful delivery of our one-year strategy titled 'We want you to Bloom!' we are now exploring how the future might look.

In this form: we will ask you about yourself, about our groups, about Blossom generally, and about being LGBTQ+. You only need to respond to questions that are relevant to you. You also don't need to reply to any questions that you feel uncomfortable responding to.

You can ask for us to remove your response at any time by emailing info@Blossom.lgbt and quoting your unique reference number found in your confirmation email.

We ask for this information to ensure that Blossom LGBT CIC has no barriers for people engaging in our service. By disclosing this information you're helping us to see gaps in our service and to make sure we take affirmative steps to engage with multiple marginalised LGBTQ+ people from different backgrounds. We may also share anonymized information around these questions with our funders (such as displaying how many percent of our service users have a particular characteristic) - This data will not be stored with your name or email if you provide it. It is completely optional to respond to all of these questions.

How have you engaged with Blossom in the last 12 months?

My experience of working with Blossom has been positive.

Blossom's commitment to alcohol free spaces is important to me.

The work done by Blossom is important.

There is no other service that offers what Blossom does in Surrey.

I enjoy seeing Blossom at events such as festivals, fetes, or conferences

I would like to see Blossom do more 'one off' events such as comedy nights or art exhibitions
