We support the amazing things that LGBTQIA+ young adults can achieve when they are empowered to succeed without the fear of discrimination. It's our vision that by working together, we’ll create environments where LGBTQ+ young adults can succeed in all aspects of their social and professional lives.
We're a proudly trans and bi inclusive organisation and have active commitments to accessibility, anti-racism, and equality in all of it's forms.
Your Social Life
We create spaces where LGBTQIA+ people aged 18 to 30 can make friends and explore their wellbeing.
Your Work Life
We run a free one to one mentoring, webinars, and workshops to help LGBTQIA+ people aged 16 to 30 to find their first job & progress in their career.
Your Workplace
We work with businesses of all sizes to bridge the generational divide whilst also attracting and retaining diverse early careers talent.
We run completely free activities for young adults!

BUSINESS SERVICES
Our hands on work means that we understand the unique needs and experiences of LGBTQIA+ Gen-Z plus multiple marginalised individuals in the workplace better than most. With Gen-Z being the most diverse generation on record, leveraging insights from our service users has proven invaluable to our existing partners allowing them to attract talent, slow down turnover, and drive up output.
