WHAT YOUR SUPPORT MEANS
We’re asking for your help to grow a national network of safe, inspiring mentoring relationships and places where LGBTQIA+ young adults can meet openly, learn new skills, and get the support they need at the moments that matter most. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve supported over 15,000 young adults, but demand is rising fast. Schools, families, and communities are asking for help, and right now we can’t reach every young adult who needs us. So we’re launching our biggest campaign yet!

Covers the cost of the resources we need to run skills development class where we'll use fun and innovative techniques to deliver employability skills to queer young adults. Supporting them to shine when they search for their first role.

Allows us to deliver an initial onboarding call with a queer young adult, establishing their profile, exploring their support needs, and ensuring we get them on the right pathway to life changing support.

Supports our systemic change work, providing the freedom we need to cover staffing costs related to research, rallying, and spotlighting the needs of queer young adults in parliament, business, and beyond.

Covers the monthly cost of an annual mentoring relationship at Blossom LGBT. We provide training and direct support to our mentors, a full casework system to track our mentees, and much more to bring the mentoring we deliver to life.
There is over 1 million young adults not in any form of education, training, or employment.
Over 80% of our service users report feeling increased confidence navigating adult life, less alone, and a noticeable increase in their employability skills.
