We’re looking forwards to working with you soon to help create a world where all LGBTQIA+ young adults can Blossom into their authentic selves without the fear of discrimination. Below is our code of conduct for meetings. 

 

Our meetings are designed to be inclusive, collaborative, and enjoyable for everyone. To ensure a positive experience, we agree to the following principles:

  1. Respect and Inclusion:

    • Everyone’s voice matters. We will listen actively, respect diverse perspectives, and avoid interrupting others.
    • Discrimination, harassment, or exclusionary behavior will not be tolerated.
  2. Collaboration and Contribution:

    • Be open to new ideas and constructive feedback.
    • Stay engaged and contribute thoughtfully to discussions.
    • Share the floor—allow space for everyone to participate.
  3. Focus and Courtesy:

    • Stay on topic to make the most of our time together.
    • Mute distractions, such as side conversations or irrelevant devices.
    • Arrive on time and be prepared.
  4. Positivity and Fun:

    • Approach discussions with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
    • Celebrate successes and foster a supportive atmosphere.
    • Keep a sense of humor—it’s okay to enjoy the process!

By following these guidelines, we create a space where everyone can thrive, collaborate, and achieve great outcomes together.
