MEET OUR LEAD FACILITATOR
These workshops are facilitated by Steph Elhaddad, our mentoring and employability project manager, who is passionate about aiding creative expression and discussing mentoring and employability. Supported by Blossom LGBT CIC, Steph brings over 20 years of experience in gender, sexuality, and DEI advocacy. With a background in consultancy and training, Steph has honed skills that enhance his ability to create safe and inclusive spaces. Steph has also volunteered extensively to set guidelines for the safety and anonymity of the LGBTQ+ community. We believe you'll love and thrive with him; perfect for creating a safe workplace space!
