At Blossom LGBT CIC we are proud to offer competitive guidance and support that can work for organisations regardless of their current location on the equality, diversity, and inclusion journey. We work with activists, employees, and service users across a range of industries to develop an expert understanding of what diverse people need to truly flourish.

With a core focus on intersectional identities, we provide you with knowledge and resources that are transferable across all key areas of equality, diversity, and inclusion practices. The work we do could include exploring the best way to monitor your staff’s diversity data, how to ensure transgender service users have a positive outcome, or how to create a comfortable environment for neurodiverse staff. For those looking to create a longer-lasting relationship we also offer a free initial consultation to explore how we can work together ongoing.

It is also important to note that we are not legal advisors and provide a vision of best practice that goes above and beyond legislation.
