Through our mentoring, we aim to relieve and prevent poverty, unemployment, financial hardship, social exclusion, and social disadvantage for LGBTQIA+ people aged 16 to 30 years old weather you're in education, work, or currently neither.
This is a 100% FREE mentoring program dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ young adults aged 16-30, committed to helping you gain equal access to education and employment whilst honouring your most authentic self.
It’s important that we’re clear from day one – you have power here. It’s up to you how you use our support, if you take our advice, or if you do what you agree.
Later in the process when we match you with your mentor, they will use frameworks to help you come to your own conclusions and leave you to decide if you take action.
From the get-go, our goal is to guide you through decision making processes, not to give you direct instructions.
After submitting our form below, you’ll be invited to book an initial, judgment-free 30 minute chat with our team to ensure that we can support you with your goals and career aspirations!
Based on your needs and goals, we carefully connect you with a mentor who will be able to understand and support you on your unique journey.
Depending on your aspirations, they may share some lived experiences and/or be industry-specific mentors if you are looking to enter or advance in a certain industry.
Once you’re matched, you will usually work with your mentor on a monthly basis over the course of 6 to 12 months. The pacing of your mentoring sessions will be unique to you and your mentor’s availability.
While we will take a slight step back after we match you with your mentor, while we ocassionally check in on the progress of your mentoring relationship and to see if you need any additional support.
We will do everything at our disposal to provide you with the best support we can offer from our very first interaction. We don’t just guide you—we empower you to bloom, embracing your intersectional identity and professional potential!
