Every day, queer young adults across the UK face challenges that leave them feeling isolated, disengaged, and unsure of their future. Many don’t have access to trusted adults who can guide them, support them, and help them build the confidence they need to thrive.

WHAT YOUR SUPPORT MEANS

We’re asking for your help to grow a national network of safe, inspiring mentoring relationships and places where LGBTQIA+ young adults can talk openly, learn new skills, and get the support they need at the moments that matter most. Since our inception in 2018, we’ve supported over 15,000 young adults, but demand is rising fast. Schools, families, and communities are asking for help, and right now we can’t reach every young adult who needs us. So we’re launching our biggest campaign yet…

Help us raise £1 million to scale our service provision across the UK by 2030.

+4 Hubs

Our team will establish four brand new weekly drop in locations (which we'll call our Community Hubs!) in new locations for LGBTQIA+ young adults to learn the soft skills required to thrive & build peer-to-peer support networks.

+250 Mentees

We'll develop new systems and processes leading to an ability to establish over 250 brand new mentoring relationships for LGBTQIA+ young adults struggling to get their foot in the door of the world of work.

Intersectional

Putting the voices of our young adults first, we'll do even more to recognise the impact of multiple marginalisations by developing services (including identity specific mentoring pipelines) and resources that address the unique experiences of people from different communities.

Digital Hub

Ensuring that anyone can access our work anywhere, we'll launch a brand new web-hub hosting a range of resources, e-learnings, webinars, and support services so that LGBTQIA+ young adults can have on-tap support 24/7 from anywhere in the UK.

There is over 450,000 LGBTQIA+ under 30's currently out of work.

Over 80% of our service users report feeling increased confidence navigating adult life, less alone, and a noticeable increase in their employability skills.
