We’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated volunteer to lead a groundbreaking research project focused on understanding the expectations and experiences of queer individuals entering the workforce.

As our Volunteer Project Lead for LGBTQIA+ Workforce Research, you’ll have the unique opportunity to collaborate directly with our CEO, marketing team, and upskilling & mentoring team to produce a comprehensive research report. Together, we aim to shed light on the unique challenges faced by queer Gen Z professionals and provide actionable recommendations for businesses to create more inclusive environments.
