As the Blog Lead for “Blossom in the Workplace,” you’ll be at the forefront of creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. Your responsibilities will include reaching out to guest writers, crafting original blog posts, and managing content publication according to our campaign schedule.

We believe this project is key in our mission to inspire an empowered generation. We think that spotlighting queer success, positivity, and sharing helpful advice that we’ll be able to cut through the hostile narrative that LGBTQIA+ people are so often subjected to and create a platform centred on queer success.
